How do I inquire about a return?
If you have any problems with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been processed, as our packing and shipping is done by a third party fulfillment centre, and we do not have the ability to intercept orders after “check out”.
What is your return policy?
- Within 30 days, you may return all unopened items for a full refund
- Within 30 days, you may return all opened items for a store credit
- After 30+ days, all items are final sale
Do you pay for shipping?
Clients will not be refunded the cost of shipping fees on your original order. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping. Peonies Lifestyle Inc. will not pay duties, brokerage fees or taxes on return shipments. Please email email@example.com before returning an order for further instructions.
What can’t I return?
Please note that sample sizes of our products cannot be returned.
What happens if an order is fraudulent?
If we perceive your order to be fraudulent, we will place your order on hold and email and/or call the email address and phone number you provided at checkout, asking you to confirm your order details. If we do not hear back within 2 days, we will proceed to cancel your order.
If you think your parcel has been lost. We cannot investigate this with our 3PL company until 21 working days from the due date of delivery. As our 3PL company does not consider a parcel to be lost until 21 working days have elapsed. If you want to avoid any delays, we recommend that you choose the Special delivery option.
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
